I was really looking forward to a beautiful sumptuous room, but I was disappointed with the hotel. The room smelled like an old canalisation, the bathroom and toilet vibrated loudly until midnight most nights, and the decoration looked tired and poor. However, the location was super convenient and outstanding, arguably one of the best in Nice.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room had a balcony with an ocean view, and what a view it was. It was very comfortable, and I loved the balcony overlooking the gardens in Nice, which was amazing.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. However, the location, while lovely and close to shopping streets and the airport, had some drawbacks. The service was exceptional, with the Best Western team and the reception staff being very helpful and supportive. Dining options were okay but could be more varied, and the facilities were decent overall.
